Open creative workspace provides individuals and/or groups a custom place for musical & artistic rehearsals: -Perfect for solo/duet acoustic performers or groups -Vocalist/Hip Hop rehearsal space -Listening/playback live events -Singer/Songwriter collaborative sessions - Mics - 4 (Stands & Cables) / Mixing board with Built in Fx / 2 QSC K12 Speakers (separate floor monitor) *Disclaimer (1): NO USAGE of the Guitar/Bass Stacks or Drum Set Allowed within This Package (see Band/Group Rehearsals) - additional fees will be applied. *Disclaimer (2): additional charges will be applied for any missing/damaged provided studio equipment *Disclaimer (3): provided house gear & backline in original photos subject to substitution/removal

Cancelation Policy

Please provide a 24hr advanced notice for any rescheduling or cancellations *No refunds for prepaid bookings: session will be rescheduled at earliest convenience and studio availability.
